We love cider & juice and have for many generations.
And because we know that many people want a
non-alcoholic
alternative and variety for drinking pleasure, Schober also offers
non-alcoholic apple wine Zero, non-alcoholic apple frizzante and now new
non-alcoholic Sparkling Vermouth.
For the production, apples of the varieties Bohnapfel, Brünnerling, Erbachhofer and Idared are harvested and pressed directly in the farm's own cellar and further processed with vegan clarification. During de-alcoholization, the alcohol is evaporated under vacuum from the conventionally fermented fruit wine. This reduces the calories and preserves the fruit wine-typical aromas as best as possible.
Schober non-alcoholic fruit wines also means: fruity apple wine note, multifaceted harmony and significantly
fewer
calories.

Schober's cider meets Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato.
Unique in taste. Mühlviertel enjoyment culture paired with Italian lightness. Extracts of hibiscus and
orange blossoms meet local apples and pears and make it a fruity fresh drink that brings the feeling of a
relaxed summer afternoon in the gardens of Florence directly to Perg in Upper Austria to PergWerk (original

Every year, the best farm products are awarded in the run-up to the AB HOF trade fair in Wieselburg.
Among other things, farm ciders and fruit wine drinks are awarded.
In the Cider category, "The Golden Pear 2022" went to Schoberhof due to the excellent quality of the Apple
Cider. Our Apple Cider was also named State Winner 2022 by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Agriculture.
3 silver medals and 1 bronze medal were won by our Apple Frizzante, our Pear Frizzante and our Apple-Pear
ciders. If that's not a reason to enjoy!

Our newest products are the non-alcoholic Apple Cider and the non-alcoholic Apple Frizzante.
These fruit wine specialties have been de-alcoholized through an elaborate aroma recovery process.
Ideal for all those who generally or specifically during the fasting period want to abstain from alcohol,
and still want to enjoy cider. Non-alcoholic drinks also have fewer calories.
What's special about it is that our apple cider and apple frizzante may even be the only non-alcoholic fruit
wine products in Austria. Soon available in our farm shop.

This year, our young cider has been awarded again.
November 11 is the season start for the first cider of the year, the young, award-winning Upper Austrian
young cider.
The award-winning Upper Austrian young cider, a classic apple-pear cider, colloquially also called a blend,
impresses with its fruity, sparkling and refreshing young aroma.
The quality can be recognized by the seal of quality and the test number on the label.
This "Upper Austrian cider specialty" is now available in our farm shop in Naarn.
Our products are awarded almost every year.
Regular participations in
awards, as this year again at
the AB HOF fair in
Wieselburg, where four gold medals and state victories could be won,
make the top quality of our products visible and enjoyable.
The awards were given for the
apple cider, the pear cider, the
Landl pear cider and the apple cider.
In addition, our company with its cider products has won multiple awards in the Kulinarix.
For the highest possible quality, the majority of the fruits for our juices, ciders, and
fruit wines come from our own cultivation, or
directly from our fertile region.
In this way, we support local structures and the
added value remains in the Machland.
We place special value on fresh and ripe fruits. To retain the good aroma in the ciders and juices, the fruit is harvested sun-ripened, quickly pressed, and carefully processed.
The International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU) has provided its scientific review on the topic of fruit sugar.
