Shipping conditions

Shipping service provider

Our products are carefully packaged and delivered with Hermes and DPD shipped. We only ship in sturdy 6 or 12-pack wine cartons to protect the products and prevent damage during transportation.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to Austria and Germany.

• Deliveries within Austria are made directly from our location in Naarn im Machlande.
• Deliveries to Germany are also made with DPD and Hermes. Please note that shipping may take a little longer due to customs and transportation routes.

Delivery time

• Within Austria, the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.
• The delivery time to Germany is usually 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and depend on the order quantity and the country of delivery.

• Austria: Shipping costs are calculated according to the order quantity (box of 6 or 12) and displayed in the checkout.
• Germany: There is a surcharge on the Austrian shipping costs, which is also shown transparently during the ordering process.

From a certain order value, shipping within Austria can be free of charge (if specified in the store).

Age check

As we sell alcoholic products, delivery is made exclusively to persons of legal age (from 18 years). DPD carries out a delivery Age check through. Please have a valid official photo ID ready when receiving the goods.

Transport damage

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, please complain about the damage directly to the deliverer and then contact us at office@schobermost.at, so that we can arrange a replacement delivery or refund.

Note on delivery

Deliveries are only made in normal household quantities. If the consignee cannot be found, the deliverer will leave a notification. In this case, delivery will be attempted again on the following day or deposited at a DPD parcel store.
