Roots. Values. Vision.

our philosophy

In a world of rapid change, we believe in the power of roots - both literally and figuratively. For us, old orchards are more than just a landscape: they are living cultural assets, habitats for countless animal and insect species and a symbol of sustainable management in harmony with nature.

We have made it our life's work to preserve and carefully expand our orchards: through ecological care, regional variety and responsible use of our resources. For us, sustainability means not only ecological action, but also social responsibility and economic thinking with foresight.

Our actions are characterized by appreciation - towards nature, the people we work with and the products we manufacture with care.

Learning. Grow. Work.
That's what makes us special.

With care from the fruit to the bottle

our way of working

From the first work step to the finished product, we accompany every processing step with the utmost care - regionally, transparently and personally.

We press the fruit gently to preserve the natural taste and quality of our valuable resources. The bottles are thoroughly washed before being bottled, pasteurized and labelled using modern technology. The cellar work - from filtering to professional storage - is also carried out with precision and many years of expertise.

Whether for our own products or as part of contract processing, we take the time to listen to details and find individual solutions - because every product is as unique as the people behind it. Behind all this is the well-established expertise of our eight-strong team.

Many of our customers have been with us for years - and place their trust in us by entrusting us with their most valuable raw materials, juices and wines. This trust is both an obligation and a motivation for us.
