The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website and our web store.

2. hosting & server log files

Our website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, Hansestraße 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany. Personal data collected on this website is stored on Host Europe's servers. This includes IP addresses, access data, log files, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names and other data generated via the website.

Host Europe is used for the secure, fast and reliable provision of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). There is an order processing contract with Host Europe in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Host Europe automatically stores so-called server log files to detect and defend against attacks. These include

  • IP address and host name of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • File name and URL of the page or file accessed
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is generally stored for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted.

3. data collection and processing

When you visit our website or use our web store, we collect personal data in order to process orders or respond to inquiries. This includes your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment details and technical information (e.g. IP address).

This data will only be used to process your order or request and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent - unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or for legal reasons.

4. webshop & payment processing (WooCommerce, Germanized & Stripe)

Our webshop is operated with WooCommerce a service provided by Automattic Inc, 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. WooCommerce uses cookies to enable the shopping cart and the ordering process. Data that you enter as part of an order is stored for contract processing.

For the legally compliant processing of orders, we use the plugin Germanized in. This extends WooCommerce with legally required functions such as correct invoices, revocation notices and legally compliant email texts.

For payments we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes data such as name, billing address, credit card details, e-mail address and IP address to carry out the transaction. 5. contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we will save your details (name, e-mail address, message) to process your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent and will delete it as soon as the request has been completed.

6. security & firewall

To protect our website, we use a firewall and security mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, spam or hacker attacks. IP addresses may be temporarily stored in order to block conspicuous activities. This storage is carried out for security reasons in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

7 Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising

We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to understand how you interact with our website. This includes behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replays to help us improve and market our products and services. Website usage is tracked through the use of cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our products/services and online activity. We also use this information to optimize our website, for security purposes and for advertising measures. 7. google maps

Our website uses Google Maps by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This allows interactive maps to be displayed. When the map is loaded, data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google. You can find out more about this at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8th YouTube

We bind videos via the platform YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you play a video, data is transmitted to YouTube. If you are logged into your Google account, your behavior can be directly assigned to your profile. You can find details at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

9. agile store locator

To display our points of sale, we use the plugin Agile Store Locator. Location data (e.g. IP address or search location) may be processed to show you nearby locations. The data is not stored permanently or used for analysis purposes.

10. translation with TranslatePress

Our website uses TranslatePress to provide multilingual content. TranslatePress can set cookies to save your preferred language setting and automatically display the website in the correct language on your next visit.

11. cookies & consent management (real cookie banner)

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies are technically necessary, others are used for statistical or functional purposes.

12. order processing

We have concluded data processing agreements with all external service providers that process personal data on our website (e.g. hosting, payment service providers) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

13. storage period

Personal data is only stored for as long as it is required for the fulfillment of the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods exist.

14 Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can contact us or the data protection authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at/) complain.
