We only ship in sturdy 6 or 12-pack wine cartons to protect the products and prevent damage during transportation.<\/p><h5>Delivery area<\/h5><p>We currently deliver to <strong>Austria<\/strong> and <strong>Germany<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li>Deliveries within Austria are made directly from our location in Naarn im Machlande.<\/li><li>Deliveries to Germany are also made with DPD and Hermes. Please note that shipping may take a little longer due to customs and transportation routes.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Delivery time<\/h5><ul><li>Within Austria, the delivery time is usually <strong>2-5 working days<\/strong> after receipt of payment.<\/li><li>The delivery time to Germany is usually <strong>3-7 working days<\/strong> after receipt of payment.<\/li><\/ul><p>If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.<\/p><h5>Shipping costs<\/h5><p>The shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and depend on the order quantity and the country of delivery.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Austria:<\/strong> Shipping costs are calculated according to the order quantity (box of 6 or 12) and displayed in the checkout.<\/li><li><strong>Germany:<\/strong> There is a surcharge on the Austrian shipping costs, which is also shown transparently during the ordering process.<\/li><\/ul><p>From a certain order value, shipping within Austria can be free of charge (if specified in the store).<\/p><h5>Age check<\/h5><p>As we sell alcoholic products, delivery is made exclusively to <strong>persons of legal age (from 18 years)<\/strong>. DPD carries out a delivery <strong>Age check<\/strong> through. Please have a valid official photo ID ready when receiving the goods.<\/p><h5>Transport damage<\/h5><p>Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, please complain about the damage directly to the deliverer and then contact us at <a href=\"mailto:office@schobermost.at\">office@schobermost.at<\/a>, so that we can arrange a replacement delivery or refund.<\/p><h5>Note on delivery<\/h5><p>Deliveries are only made in normal household quantities. If the consignee cannot be found, the deliverer will leave a notification.
